About the workshop
We live in a time, saturated with information. To succeed in business, you have to be passing on a simple clear message. Once you get tangled up in the topic, people stop listening, reading, watching and pulling their mobile phones out - disconnecting. Whatever you do today depends on how the people around you understand it. You need to convince, inspire and motivate the customers, employees, supervisors and investors. This workshop works great as a team building activity. It helps to reveal people's individual viewpoints on the selected topic and the strongest arguments of each department. The output is a unification of all views and a better understanding of the topic across the organization.

How does the workshop programme look?
Ideally, the workshop starts in the morning when everyone is fresh and pulsating with  creative energy. As a result, we start at 9:00 with activities to help us discover the core of the topic. We try to capture the key arguments through visual communication.  Finally, we will figure out which stories make the best explanation. This workshop is best suited for a group of 1 to 8 participants, equipped with a large blackboard or flipchart, felt-tip pens, post-it papers, pencils and a good mood.
Who's gonna be your guide?
Michal Andera looks for ways to explain complicated topics in engaging form. He co-founded a studio that has helped to understand and explain products, services, social issues and scientific discoveries for years.  Michal is a lecturer at the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Business Administration and also hosts interviews of interesting people in his video podcast.
